Case STudy

Woodbury Square

I had the privilege of working with The Experience Community Church Art Ministry to bring new life to this narrow alleyway. I designed the mural with Tennessee at its heart, featuring the Northern Mockingbird, our state bird. Often seen as a symbol of peace, the mockingbird felt like the perfect emblem to place at the center of a community space.

After finalizing the design, I got to work with some incredibly talented artists from ECC to bring the mural to life in 2021. It was a meaningful project rooted in place, purpose, and community.

Binninger-Schwartz

I love creating with others, and one of the best parts of collaborating on projects is how it naturally connects you to even more amazing people. This project was no exception. I had the joy of working not only on the mural, but also on the branding for this incredible business.

From Brett’s claim to fame on Hell’s Kitchen to his goofy butterfly steak wings dream, and the energy he and his wife, bring to everything they do, it was an absolute pleasure to be part of their creative journey. Their passion and personality made this project truly special.

Murfreesboro Square

I had the joy of collaborating once again with The Experience Community Church Art Ministry on this mural project in 2023. The design was inspired by a bouquet I picked up at the Murfreesboro Farmers Market, a beloved Saturday morning tradition. I reimagined the flowers climbing up the large wall, turning a simple arrangement into a vibrant, large-scale composition.

One of the most challenging (and rewarding) aspects of this piece was the colorful shading, it pushed us all creatively, but the end result was worth every brushstroke. This mural has become such a bright, joyful fixture in Murfreesboro’s Town Square.
