The Kestrel

This original, limited-edition linocut captures an American Kestrel up close, peering from behind a cluster of peonies. This piece is especially personal to me, as it combines my two favorite things. Though the Kestrel is the smallest of the falcons, its size and undeniable cuteness shouldn’t overshadow its fierce nature.
